Refund & Cancellation Policy

At BlueRanger Info-Sec, we aim to maintain a transparent fee and cancellation process for all students.

1. Refund Eligibility

Course fees are refundable only within 2 days of enrollment. After 2 days from the date of enrollment, the fees will not be refunded.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

No refund shall be issued after the refund window has expired, or in cases where the student stops attending classes, changes their mind, fails to participate, or is removed due to disciplinary reasons.

3. Cancellation by Student

If a student wishes to cancel admission within the eligible refund period, the request must be made in writing by email or WhatsApp from the registered contact details.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds, if any, may take 14 to 22 working days to process, depending on the payment method and banking timelines.

5. Batch Transfers or Adjustments

The institute may, at its sole discretion, allow a batch transfer, course adjustment, or fee adjustment in special cases. Such decisions are administrative exceptions and not automatic entitlements.
