Refund & Cancellation Policy

At BlueRanger Info-Sec, we aim to maintain a clear, transparent fee structure and cancellation process for all students.

1. Refund Eligibility Window

Course fees are refundable strictly within 2 calendar days of enrollment. After 2 days from the date of enrollment, course fees become completely non-refundable.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

No refund will be issued under any circumstances after the 2-day refund window has expired, or in situations where a student discontinues attending classes, changes their mind, fails to complete assignments, or is removed from the batch due to disciplinary violations.

3. Procedure to Request Cancellation

If an enrolled student wishes to cancel their admission within the valid 2-day period, a written request must be submitted via email to info@bluerangerinfo.in or via WhatsApp from the student’s registered mobile number, specifying the student's full name, course name, and payment transaction details.

4. Processing Timeline

Approved refund requests will be processed within 14 to 22 working days, crediting back to the original bank account or payment method utilized during registration.

5. Batch Transfers & Special Adjustments

In rare circumstances involving documented medical emergencies, the institute may, at its sole discretion, permit a batch transfer or course credit adjustment. Such exceptions remain administrative privileges and not automatic entitlements.
